The XD05 Pro is always in Class A mode. There is no way to get out of the Class A mode.
Ah. I thought that was what the turbo button was for. Aside from becoming an oven. My bad.

The "Turbo" button is just changing the gain between "Eco, Normal & Turbo".

Btw, the difference in terms of sound level between the gain modes are 3dB between each other.
3dB difference between Eco and Normal.
3dB difference between Normal and Turbo.

I was curious and i measured it. For those who might be interested.

Special buffer for your opamps, think will greatly enhance the sound quality.

Does this difference occur with any load impedance
(i.e. IEM or headphone impedance)?

The one I posted is measured by connecting the PO of the XD05 Pro directly into the mic in on my laptop.

When I measured my iems (blessing2, variation, aria, Chu and zero red), they all have a 3dB difference between gain modes as well. I specifically checked to make sure. But did not export the result of the different gain modes.

Ah Beng. My Mandarin fail. The Sparkos has got great dynamics and resolution. If I am looking at something for the soundstage. What opamps should I be looking at?

OPA627 is good, I'm tried it on my Aroma Audio A100TB amp, soundstage is super wide. However, it's a single channel opamp & might not work on Xduoo XD05 Pro.
Tried many op-amps, but I still prefer HA-8802 got that kind of analog tube sound, super nice for female vocals.

Try to put the OP amp interface to outside of the XD-05 unit, It would be easier to use any type or any shape of OP amp with xd-05 in future.
I assume, mSATA uses the same as mini PCI-e. Otherwise getting 2 of these and use mini PCI-e on both side
What everyone think? Does anyone think I can use this slim mini PCI-e extender cable from Aliexpress?

I just ordered this from Ufeel official Taobao store 4 pcs to install on my Aroma Audio A100TB amp with Burson V5iD fitted on top of the buffer. They mentioned that this buffers makes the sound more thicker and more dynamic.
Think this will fit on Xduoo XD05 Pro as well.
