I've had Xbox Music for awhile as it's the only streaming option on the Xbox One... However I've kept Spotify for my phone, as until recently, Xbox Music didn't offer offline listening. Now that the latest update has fixed this, I'd love to use just one streaming service...

However I'm unsure what bit-rate Xbox Music streams / downloads at. On Spotify you can toggle both streaming and downloading speeds between 96, 160, or 320 kbit/s, directly from the settings menu. Very convenient...

But if you purchase an album it will be at 320kbps
