whats the difference between the iaudio x5 and x5l? i've noticed the x5l model to be as expensive as the x5 model with a bigger hd (as in a 20gb x5l the same price as 30gb x5, and so forth). i may be looking into getting one since i'm running low on hd space with my micro and the h320 is getting hard to find...

This question has been answered many times, a simple search could of found the answer. But I'll save you the trouble. The X5L has about twice the battery life as the X5. It is also slightly larger.
