I received my X5 III yesterday.


I updated the firmware to 1.14. I took the cards from my X5 and put them in the new player. I did a find songs, left the player hooked to USB to charge. This morning the player is unresponsive. The blue power light is on, the screen is blank. Pressing the power button doesn’t activate the screen. Holding it down does nothing. I have disconnected from USB and reconnected.


Any suggestions on how to proceed to get the player functional?

Sorry for the late reply.

Have you tried holding the power button for 15s above to see whether it helps? Would the issue still after power on again?
