[Pingupenguins]

My budget is $50. Anyone know or have some low profile IEM's? I mostly want to use them for sleeping. Sleeping with headphones on. I've read about 
 
PL50's
ER6i's
M6-BK
 
Anyone have more, better or back up one of these headphones? I'd like the IEM to go all the way in and have really none sticking out of my ear.

Of those options, I would pick the PL50. 
You could also look into the Altec Lansing Platinum Bliss. That is one of the smallest earphones I have ever seen, but it was $80 last time I looked at it.
