IMO.. $16 on Linens'n Things is a little expansive for a stand
so if you have one please let me know.

thanks!

If by any chance the seller lives near Irvine, CA, and has any extra, I may be interested too. (I was actually thinking about going to Target over the weekend and looking for a banana stand until I noticed that ProFingerSk8er was from Irvine, CA, so I'm assuming that the Targets around Irvine don't have them)

i think bath and body (or linen's and things) has it on sale for $9.99 and perhaps you may also find a 20% coupon in the mail

That's the deal I got. Regular price at L&T's was 9.99 (don't believe it was a sale price) and I had the 20% off coupon too.

A local $1 dollar store has some stands similar to the one pictured. They are different in that they dont have the two bars from teh base, ony one bar/wire, a single circle at the bottom(instead of the parallwl wires on the pictured unit), and the top hook is a continuous piece with a little sphere(ball) on the end of it.

If you want these, i can send you as many as you like for $1+VA sales tax(4.5%)each and shipping.

What's wrong with just getting a hook from the local hardware store?

Is it an aesthetics thing? What are the practical advantages of shelling out for the banana hanger?

Just curious..

I'm just hanging mine from the bottom of some shelves above my computer on a hook..

No advantage at all, I hang the HD600's from a nail in the wall above the desk.......lol

I think it's just a matter of personal preference. Some people can't or don't want to put a hole in their desk or wall so shelling out for a banana hanger is their best opition.
