How do I use the tf10 pin to fit into recess westone ciem. Pls help me urgently. Thank.

DON'T use it. The pin width is different and you might end up damaging your CIEMs.

As you can see, the cables are not interchangeable.

Exactly what Squallkiercosa said above, do not even think about attempting that. Pick up a cable designed for Westone use. They can be found for $30-$50 and up online easily. Don't damage an expensive IEM trying to use a cable that wasn't intended for it when you can pick one up cheaply.
