Wow I washed my SCL4, now it sounds like crap

DE humidifier. NOT humidifier. And if there was a lot of cleaning powder in the wash, might want to rinse them again in clear water. I mean, they're already wet. what do you have to lose in rewetting them???

washer ate my denons once. they did not recover

I appreciate this.

They should be alright after they dry. Cleaning powder might make things tough though.
