I'm looking for a desktop microphone I can use with consoles while my headphones are connected to my DAC and amp (Astro MixAmp, Schiit Magni and Modi). I'm interested in Blue Yeti, but I don't want to connect my headphones to my controller or to the mic, so I'm wondering if this setup works on PS3, PS4 and Xbox One.
Would this setup work: Console + DAC/amp + Y splitter + headphones and 3.5mm jack to jack auxiliary cable to Blue Yeti?

No. The 3.5mm jack on the Blue Yeti is not an input, it is a headphone output so that you can also use it as a DAC+amp. Also, your microphone would need to be connected to a mic input or USB, not to a headphone output.
Do a search for "blue yeti with consoles," it looks like it might be possible but you should probably look onto it further because I saw a thread where people had trouble using both the Mixamp and Yeti at once.

I did do a research, that's why I asked. And this setup actually does work.
