Would I notice a difference in upgrading to ZEN DAC v2?

Ultrasone Pro 900 40 ohm, 96dB currently sporting Leckerton Audio UHA6S.MKII (portable) but run as desktop.

Thinking of buying the iFi Audio ZEN DAC v2. Do you think I would notice a difference? Or should I buy new headphones instead?
