I just got the WA6-SE and I'm not happy with it. 
I have the Sophia Electric Princess rectifier and a pair of 6FD7 triodes. Should I try different tubes? I'm finding the sound slightly bright, lacking in bass and mid-bass, and quickly fatiguing. I'm using LCD-3 headphones and I've tried the high and low outputs. My Opera Consonance Cyber 30 with 2a3 tubes sounds worlds better although softer and not as clear in the midrange.
