HI,maybe someone here can help me out.I bought the WA7 with the solid state power supply,Id like to upgrade to the tube power supply and have sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks to Woo Audio and have yet to receive a response.I'd buy locally,but its impossible to buy just the power supply,I'm located in Montreal Canada.
If this is the type of customer service that Woo Audio offers then I'm sorry that I bought this product in the first place because what if I need technical support or the unit fails,how long would I have to wait to receive an answer.
