For Audio Technica W1000's, sourced through a modded Rotel RCD-971.

I'm only familiar with the LCIII though.

LCIII pros:

*I can get the LC III used for cheap and locally.
*Supposed to sound way better once you upgrade the tubes
*No hum
*The people who have reviewed it say it sounds awesome
*Solid construction, looks and neat wiring.

The reason I'm comparing these 3 is because they are all in and around the same price range (new). Everyone is always talking about the Woo Audio 6..but there's not a lot of info on the Woo Audio 3 + which is supposed to be good for low impedance cans. The MAD amp is supposed to be quality as well..but I've read it gives off a slight hum? The W1000's don't like hum..at all.

If you guys can give me more info on the other 2 and compare..I'd appreciate it!

What about the Woo3+ with the Teflon tube sockets, Black Gate caps, WBT RCA's, and the Furutech Rhodium plated IEC with the Furutech Rhodium Fuse? Oh yeah, that is what I have!. It does very well with low impedance cans and the others.
