Anyone every tried the Woo Audio 1? It is about $100 cheaper than the "3", and uses only two tubes. Nothing came up with a forum search. Any idea how it compares to the likes of a Little Dot II, Bada PH-12 or the "3" itself?

The Woo Audio 1 is no longer in production. Going used would be the only way to get one. I would bet the Woo 1 is superior to the Little Dot II ..... but slightly less good than the Woo 3 ..... which was an improved version of the Woo 1.

No idea about the Bada.

I just thought I would let you know that my Woo 3 will be here next week. If you are interested (and making a buying decision perhaps?), I can offer you some feedback on it once I get it broken-in.
