Well, I have decided to get the Woo Audio 6. This should have no problem driving my 701's, is built like a tank, and from what I have heard has a nice mellow sound.

Congratulations! I am sure you are going to enjoy it. I really liked my Woo 3! Built like a tank, and sounded awesome!

i had tried my k701 with various amps, tube and ss. i concluded k701 cans synergize better with ss amps, even a pimeta.
but i never had a woo6 though...
