I have the Plantronics rig 500 pro hx headset for the Xbox. Asked them through their customer service and it didnt really answer my question. They gave me measurements of their products. I did find something thats close to the size of mine. Then i wanted to know how their earpads connect to the headset. The rigs snap into place. When i asked they gave me a link to a video that didnt help and a link here. If anyone knows anything let me know.
