  Used "like new" UE 6000 (two color choices) can currently be had from an Amazon third party seller for under $50 shipped.

 
Would choose UE6000s if budget $$ are possible and you trust the seller.  Have recently purchased 'Like New' Q701s from Amazon Warehouse and am very pleased with the condition / sound.  They're currently $40 on ebay from seller with 98.7% sat rating. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/310944340420

Philips Downtown and Uptown headphones in the CitiScape series are being discontinued at Amazon. All the ones I have heard I have liked, bought a Uptown pair. Most of the downtown models are in your price range. Do not know if they are stylish enough for you, as this is personal taste. Check them out, there are several pairs that meet your gift card.
