I have never understood wiring in general and balanced wiring in particular.
I am asking Analysis Plus to make me a custom headphone cable with a 4 pin balanced at the amp end and connectors for ZMF at the other. The tech has asked this question. Any help?

I have a Amphenol 4 pin connector I can use. If there is a way he could find the pin out for me that would be great. These headphone cables are all different, with the Apex having 3 conductors. Need to know if one pin is left open or one is pig tailed?
