My setup is PC > Musiland 01 (w/usb3) > M-Audio bx5d2 (w/hosa ordinary ts to rca)
 
Will a better Xlr to Rca cable or a better usb cable provide a difference worth the cost?

Nobody wants the fights this topic entails. If you have meets in Turkey, attend with your gear and try some members cables to tell if you can hear a difference.
