Are there any Wireless IEM's in the market? The reason I ask is because at work I have to wear ear plugs or this big headset that resembles a circumaural headphone as it is extremely loud. I'm not supposed to be listening to music but If I were able to get a hold of wireless IEM's noone would be the wiser.

I have also thought that this could damage my hearing even further, can it?

Probably not, unless it's really big. I have deep pockets and everyone, for example, has cellphones in their pockets.

So there will be wires running from your ears to your pocket. U think boss can tell the difference?

I don't think anybody should be encouraging you to circumvent your workplace rules. That is extremely stupid.

Besides, the only wireless IEMs available is much too large for your boss to not notice.
