Hi,
Long time lurker, I never sign up because I'm not spending often on audio and am a real newbie about audio.
However today, I am looking for a wireless headphone under 400€ and decided to post my first thread.

Still, I had Beat Studio (first one) then Sennheiser Momentum. Only using my momentum now obviously .
I don't know where to begin my research since I never had occasion to really try any good headphones beside my momentum and don't have any poeple to talk about headphones.

I already made some researches and found things like, AKG K845BT, B&O Beoplay (H6,H9), B&W P7, B&W PX, Bose QC35(II) , Plantronic Backbeat Pro (2) ,Sennheiser Momentum M2 Wireless, Sony MDR-1BT, Sony MDR-1000X(M2), V Moda wireless, ...
There are way too much choices, I don't know what to get !

Here are my preferences :
  • Over-hear
  • Comfortable
  • Good sounding
  • Well built (I'd like to keep it as long as possible like my momentum)
  • Good design (optionally)
  • ANC (optionally, I don't take plane)
I'm really sorry, I can't have any more precision about my preferences as I don't really know how are other headphones.
About the sound signatures if it differ from my Momentum it may be better as I could hear something new.

I'll be using it mainly in the public transport, 2h / day.
Then I'll be using it at home.

I don't know if it helps but my music preferences are :
  • Any popular music (techno/electro, pop, rap, rnb, ... about all)
  • Jazz, Hip-Hop (Nujabes is my favorite :relieved:)
  • RnB
  • Rock ( non hard-rock, metal more rarely)
  • Music from series / manga when I like them
I hope the information i gave was helpfull in any way.
And Thank you for reading :relaxed:

PS : I'm not native english and i am still studying english.
If anything i've wroten is wrong or doesn't mean anything, i'm really sorry.

Is the Sony MDR-1000X available in your country? It's available at a good price these days because Sony released a new model to replace it.

The Beoplay H6 is not wireless, the H7 is. The H9 is the H7, but with ANC.

Also, beware that B&W P7 is available in wired and wireless versions - so make sure to get the wireless one if you decide on this headphone.

Thanks for the answer.
I'm kinda sceptic about the Sony MDR-1000X because of the breaking headband. Even altought it's taken care in the warranty, it's still feel not right buying something that will eventually break.
Thanks for correcting me about the Beoplay. I tough all Beoplay were wireless :confounded:.

I was waiting impatiently for black friday. I was thinking if something had a good reduction i would take this one but nothing good has shown
