I have a fiber optic internet connection (seriously - fiber to the home) provisioned at 15MB/s. To give you an idea of scale, I can stream off-the-air quality 720P HD video over my internet connection without slowing down my web server.
A torrent with enough seeders is like a damn force of nature on this link. I've only seen or heard of faster torrents when i worked at an ISP on the graveyard shift (with 3 OC3 connections).
My router is a piddly little 125mhz broadcom with 8 megs of ram and 4 megs of flash. A microsoft mn-700 - with openwrt. I paid $5 for it.
'course, i don't run torrents over wireless. The most i do over wireless is stream video.
Enterprise router? No. But some routers have better software than others.
