I have a Win 10 tower PC feeding my Schiit DAC via USB. I use musicbee or mediamonkey as my player of choice. I use an add-on called Stereotool to do EQ'ing within the players.

Usually people tend to recommend EQ Apo but it depends on what you do tbh if you use the PC to play games too then maybe system-wide EQ is not the best thing, I use just a normal EQ in my AIMP music player (im now ready to be burned on a stake and banned forever)
