Dear all,
 
A proud owner of my dx50..With my Denon AH7100, BUT;
 
Could you help me out with this problem:
 
Windows doesn't recognize DX50 anymore.
 
-Can't get to the disk, won't read it and can't get anything on it.
Windows wants to format disk.
 
-It does see micro SD card, read and write.
 
I tried it on another pc, with a new cable, but says the same.
 
And.. yes it's on, and a couple of times factory reset.
The DX50 itself runs ok.
 
How can i solve this?
 
Not familiar with this forum yet, but learning.
So i post this thread here.

I mailed iBasso and they gave me a tool to format and load new fimware.
It works fine now.

This was their answer;
 
then try to format it on FAT32.
If your computer still catn recognize the DX50, you can use the following tool to format your DX50 and reload firmware.
