I have a MHDT Havana and separately a PS Audio GCHA that I have tried to both hook up at separate times tonight and both caused the system to lock up/freeze completely.
With the Havana it was only when trying to test or listen to it or open any audio related programs.
The GCHA locked up much quicker, pretty much right after it recognized the Burr Brown chip.
In BIOS I have "enable legacy usb" turned to enabled still, I can't remember if it is supposed to be on or off.
Also - if I select "windows audio session" from quick time it locks up the havana at boot and not whenever it I try to play audio.
It is currently set at direct sound.
Any hints or experiences with this?
