I just upgraded from my Schiit Jotunheim 1 to a Magnius/Modius stack and noticed that my Bass Boost option in audio options under Enhancements went away and now my only option for bass boost is from Dolby Atmos.
The differences I'm asking about specifically is that Dolby Atmos limits me to only putting out at a rate of 16bit 48kHz vs Windows Enhancement allowing for 32bit 192kHz.
Even though I cannot seem to enable the Enhancement tab in the windows audio, would there be a difference in upsampling my gaming and Tidal vs just doing 16/48 with Dolby?
Sure I can go without EQ but I like a little thump and that's about all I ever do to headphones EQ.
Any helps or input would be much appreciated!
