I came across this plugin for winamp last week while setting up my second computer with my old TBSC.

It's supposed to resample to 48khz, thus getting rid of the sound card to do the resampling. Its supposed to be for SB Live, but it seems to work for any card. I know some of you don't like winamp, but I got positive results in this plugin, mostly in the frequency response. The plug-in has been out for a while, so some of you may have heard about, but I was unable to find it using the search feature here. Oh yeah, my results are gif's, take a look at them if you want. These results were from my TBSC Analog Out to EMU 0404 Analog In (24-bit, 48khz record mode). From there I used winamp to play the test wav files from RMAA using directsound and the the resample plug-in.
