I'm very interested to buy this dock DK1, but I need to know if is compatible with Fiio Q1, it's possible to use DK1 with Q1 to charge, as a USB-DAC and line-out to connect to an external HI-FI amplifier?

I personally own both the Fiio Q1 and the DK1, love both of them. Since what you want to do isn't one of the advertised features(it is marketed as a Plug-and-play docking station for the E17K, X1,X3II, X5II and X7 DAC's and DAP's)  of the DK1 so I went ahead and tried Sadly, I couldn't even get my Q1 to fit - maybe someone else can, but I NEVER force a connection.
 
It does work fantastically with my X3II.
