I'm thinking seriously about going with an all-Bryston set. For the past two years I've owned Cary's Xciter tube headphone amp. It's been the most enjoyable amp I've ever owned, but after living in triode for so long, I think it's time to switch back to solid state.
The Bryston DAC and server have received rave reviews. And in the past couple of years, both have gone from a "1" series to a "2" series. So I can't help but wonder if the headphone amp BHA-1 will soon be updated to a BHA-2?
I understand that Bryston wouldn't want to advertise that information; sales of the BHA-1 would grind to a halt. But I wonder if there is any info floating around in the ether.
