i posted this in the member's lounge... figured it might be better here.

i'm looking to upgrade to surround sound on my powerbook, and the Audigy 2 ZS looks good to me, just not sure of the mac support for it. It is a PCMCIA card, and i am very interested in its Mic-In as well, as i have a mic, but no powered mic or pre-amp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just looked around on the Creative website, it doesn't look promising. Macs aren't mentioned anywhere in the "Compatibility" or "Requirements" section here:
