Hey everyone, I made a similar post in the full-size forum but it only got one response

. Maybe I'll have better luck here. Essentially, I ordered the SoundMagic PL-30's to replace previous IEMs which have been broken after a while. It has been 15 days and I don't think they're coming in anytime soon. I've been using my Koss Ksc75's, and it's been great, but I'd like my iems for that ultraportability. Has anyone dealt with JVC or Sennheiser for replacements? I know these are cheap phones, but if it costs very little for postage, I figure it's worth sending back.
