Hi!
I just received my AV-710. Now, I plugged my HD497's straight into the channel 7/8 jack with the high-res mode turned on. I understand that this is a line-level output.
Given that this is a line-level output, is there a chance that my headphones will be damaged? (due to clipping, 'square waves' and such)
I've found the audigy's damage headphones thread, and there doesn't seem to be a consensus.
I'm getting just a tad worried, as the HD497's I have are most definitely very hard to find in Canada, and I bought them while I was on holiday in the States!
