I just sold off my full size stuff and poured my pennies into some ES3X's. I suggest reading that appreciation thread as there are many comparisons of these particular customs to full size rigs--it was enough many times over to make me switch.

This statement is very questionable because my IE8 cannot compare with most of my full size cans in terms of sound stage... it does beats Grados though.. but Grados are awesome and appealing~
