Hey there, I'm new in here, and kinda confused from all the stuff in here. I got my iPod Touch 4th Gen on christmas, and now I'm going to pick up my new AKG K450 in a few days. (I read like million reviews before making the headphone decision)
Will a headphone amp significantly make the sound quality better? If so, which one should I get? I don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars on it, so please, choose from the under $100 category, if possible.

I do not think you will need an amp for these and anything lower end will not gain you much in the long run.  I say try them out first and if they sound great forget about the amp.  If you think you need something to beef them up with try a FiiO E10 or Airhead.
