I have owned many and have great ear sensitivity issues. I am now using new Sleek Kleer Wireless system. They are so comfortable.

I should have added Headphones are Senn HD 600 with Cardas Cable upgrade and Grado 80 model.

In that case you are not missing anything. Make sure you have fresh batteries for the amp. And enjoy the set up!

When you use wireless earphones, there's no point in adding the amp unless you want to use it from the receiver unit to the earphones, which defeats the purpose of wireless.

For wired, that's about as goodd as you can get. Maybe iMod?

Kleer technology is apparently excellent and really doesn't negatively affect SQ. That's based on what I've read, I have no experience myself.
