Not an extremely technical audiophile so some basic insight as to why I would want the El Stack (El Dac + El Amp) over the Element would be appreciated. From what I've heard the Element uses the exact same Amp as the El Amp so I'm wondering how the combined price of the two could be justified .

EL DAC has optical, coaxial and USB inputs and uses a different DAC section so that will alter the sound.
