What kind of sound differences will I hear between olives vs. comply tips? I felt the complys were much too warm for my taste.

Should not be any difference but more of a preference. Personally I much prefer the longer P-series complys which make everything sound more natural with a larger soundstage. It has something to do with the added distance from the end of the nozzle to your eardrum.

Yeah they will both add warmth in a very similar way (identical to me.) I find comply tips to be more comfortable though. Haven't tried the P series but it sounds intriguing now.

Yea comply's and foam tips add warmth; mostly because they take a little away from the treble end of things and that emphasizes the rest of the spectrum.

I see... But I don't understand why the Complys are so much warmer than the memory foam tips that came with my marshmallows. They're both foam, aren't they?

It has to do with the material used and how far it obscures the nozzle. For the olives, you buy olives less often because they don't wear out as quickly, so they're cheaper.
