i feel like that the sundaras are much cleaner Sounding in every aspect. the only place where the Mezes would win is maybe imaging and soundstage. but clearity wise the Sundaras seem to outbeat the mezes. also i find the Sundaras a little more comfortable cause of the bigger earcups

Hey,
It's completely okay to have that feeling. The Sundara is either: better suited to your taste, or matches better with your current gear. It's all good Just a lesson in your own needs.

Price isn't everything when it comes to headphones! I've heard headphones that cost over 2000 bucks that I would not take over some that cost a tenth of that, simply because they don't match what I like. And you simply seem to enjoy the Sundara more, which is completely fine! Taste is subjective, after all.

i just figured out that i pushed my mezes at a way to high volume to begin with. i think my fiios are just too powerfull with them. i just have to push the volume wheel slight to get enough volume out of them. then they also sound great. when i am over half ways with the mezes it is getting bad
