I had a lot of trouble finding a name that wasn't taken when I was signing up for something, so I resorted to using a welsh dictionary and using whatever word I randomly found. Instant success !

tried about 10 user names, they were all taken. My roommate and I were having a conversation about how awful hanah barbara cartoons were in the 70's and 80's earlier that day and lo and behold grape ape wasn't taken.
