none of the audio magazines on news stands ever have a section for heaphone listeners. What is the story with that? Is it just that with the exception of the people on this site most audiphiles don't like headphones? I for one, love headphones. I don't have the space for a good speaker based system but even so I would still prefer headphone listening. Chances are that if I were able to set up a very good - excellent speaker based system I would begin to listen to speakers more. Latter I would begin to listen to headphones more as the novelty of having a great speaker system wore off. There is something about headphone listening that can't be had with speakers. Now don't get me wrong, I love to listen to music on a good speaker system it's just that when I want to just sit down and really listen that's when the headphone are the best for me.
