Also, this may be the application of a little known IT technique. If you're trying to decide what to block/allow and it's too complex or you can't figure out what's important, you just block EVERYTHING. And then wait to see who complains about what and how loudly, so that you can unblock the things that are really necessary.

Wished they did that in my school. When the computer labs were closed in my school, I had to go to the library and wait for those myspace addicts to finish whatever crap they had to do their, when I actually had to do something school related. I mean can't this wait for home?
