Yeah. I prefer the beats that were constructed with real instruments and utilities rather than synthesized by a computer or a machine.

^ This is just his preference like in the other hip-hop thread some people like tweety bird, others elmo, some like old hip-hop some hate new and vice versa. Just a matter of perference and opinion, to each is own.

Dub I agree with you mostly but as far as my preference I just like the newer stuff I like older stuff as well I just don't listen to it really. Tupac and Ice Cube are some of my favs there's more but as of now one of Cube songs is stuck in my head.

Yeah, for sure. I just wish Tupac and Big weren't hyped up so much. So many people claim they're hip hop gurus and say stuff like, "Big was the king of hip hop, hands down." I'm like, "What's your favorite album?" And they're like, "Ready To Die." Because that's the only album they know. And of course, their favorite song is "Juicy." I give more credit to Rakim than Big or Tupac, but like you said, to each his own. Ice Cube isn't bad, I liked his old stuff. His flow is unmistakable.

Haha, I couldn't agree more. He also has a slight speech impediment, although that's irrelevant considering hip hop is spoken in Ebonics... Lol.
