Really excited as the ZEN DAC has won a coveted EISA award - Best Value DAC 2020-21. Just had to drop a message in here and share as a thank you to you guys for making iFi and the ZEN DAC a force to be reckoned with.

Congrats. I have the Zen DAC and they are exceptional. Its an engineering marvel that it does not need external power supply, I hope more products in the market can do the same.

I need additional power supply for this.
Can i use USB - DC in cable and connect to usb power adapter? What dimensions has DC in in zen? 5.5 and 2.1?

Yes, you can, 5V from a DC line will do just fine. And dimensions are 5.5x2.1mm

When i want change headphones i should first diconnect usb or headphones?

When i first disconnect from usb i hear shot in headphones, when i disconnect headphones first it doesn't make a short circuit?

You don't need to disconnect USB that goes into ZEN DAC to change headphones

When you disconnect USB first, you power off the product and that's why you might hear a click or pop on your headphones.
