...Which e-tailer, in your experience, gets a new set of phones to your mailbox the quickest?

Amazon always estimates 1-2 weeks. Yeesh!

HeadRoom is typically 2 days if you order early enough in the day and call the 1-800 number to order. Email responses are extremely slow when they are given at all.

In contrast, Meier can only be reached by email but respondes very quickly. To the United States, Meier averages 7 days.

I tried to order once from AudioCubes but could not get their system to work. The polite response from AudioCubes when I emailed suggested I "try again later." I did several times before giving up. You cannot order by telephone from AudioCubes.

My emails to audiocubes got replied to within 12 hours :\
My D22's did take forever to get to NZ, but only because of the cheQUE I sent rather than CC.. The package, from sending, took I think 5 days, excluding the weekend.
