I've heard of B&O and Burmester. Out of these two which is more high-end and popular with the elite wealthy?

I would tend to think Burmester is usually considered to be pretty "up there."
Mark Levinson, B&O, Meridian and Focal aren't anything to sleep on, though, when designed for a luxury sedan or SUV.

I have the Meridian in my Range Rover and it sounds good,well as good as you can get in a 4x4 with the road noise.
