Well yes but from the point that you don't know actual code when you obviously have the ability to learn it... Why? You're going into a field you don't love if you're learning html and php alone. That bothers me...

Perhaps they actually like the design aspect of web design and not the coding aspect. Web developing is not synonymous with programming.

So, my high school career ends in 1 month, and the best thing just happened! I am now going to be a research assistant over the summer with a professor at the college I'll  be going to! No idea why I'm helping out the chemistry professor when I'm a computer science major and that position was open, but I'll take it!

(Its technically considered an internship, but I still get paid a small amount)

Edit: Now that I think about it, I could afford a much much higher end headphone with that money...

Umm... hmm... *still going to buy "just" a $300 pair*

Edit2: Turns out  a lot of the 20who got accepted into the program go to work for the chemistry department, and then they don't work on chemistry at all. We work on nanotechnology instead. This is going to be fun!

Little dots are nice. They are very Tubey IMHO. The Mkiii was nice for what It costs, just, OTL caused impedence mismatch, which caused lousy bass damping. They are very nice, the LDII+ is even better, look into that. I assume you are discussing amps around $100? E17 is good to, built in DAC. An O2 is feasible as well.

Eh.... I was kinda hoping for something more than an E17, plus I don't need a portable amp. I'm looking at the magni/modi combo for my desktop rig (only have an E10 now....) but I'm not too sure if I'll need the DAC. My sound card is an ASUS Xonar D2. Also, there isn't anywhere local that sells the little dots and I can get a Magni $170 shipped to my door but I'll look around (Live in Australia)

Age: 15 (16 in a month)

Grade: Just finished sophomore year.

Equipment: Creative T20 speakers; Grado MS-1, Audio Technica Ath-ES700; Soundmagic e10; Sennheiser hd203; Sansa clip plus. I plan on upgrading my speakers to the Samson MediaOne 3a.

My school is one where people exclusively wear beats (notice i said wear) and think they are the best. That's what i hate about Beats, not necessarily the product but that they are regarded as the best by people who don't know any better. Wore a pair of Amperiors to school once and people thought they were cheap Sony headphones.

I just finished my last high school project I will ever do. Kind of a strange thought to be having. The weight of graduating is hard to grasp until the last few weeks of high school. Its crazy if you ask me. I guess I don't get to post in here anymore after next week
