I like sub bass extension, and on occasion SPL.
In my Car, Powerbase extreme 15". 650WRMS into each coil, amps running @ 1 ohm.

Ive got an atlas 15 in my closet in a 6.5 cu ft box @20hz, getting a CLEAN 240 watts, ive got extension down below 16hz, and can hit 120db+ at 40hz, does that make me a basshead?

ive got a pair of 12" Infinity Kappa subs in my car. Id love to get something close to it in a headphone, somthing with real range and tight driving bass. Any suggestions? Without taking out a second mortgage on my house!

Only when I'm in a certain mood, and only with certain types of music.

I don't believe "Bass-Headness" has anything to do with hi-fi though, to me it's purely entertainment. Just as movies like "Independence Day" or "Day After Tomorrow" have little to do with art, but can still be entertaining.
