I will be getting a new tube headphone amp soon and in the future will be considering having some mods done, e.g. upgrading capacitors, etc. I am looking for someone that does high quality work and is familiar with headphone amps.

No, the vendor is a mainstream company. They don't do mods. I know of standard modding companies, Reference Audio Mods, APL, etc., but am looking for someone who is more familiar with headphone amps. That is, the person listens to headphones regularly and understands the headphone experience.

It can be a DIY modder on these boards, but one who has an understanding of the sound characteristics of various capacitors/components and does very good soldering work.
