getting lots of interference noise when no music is playing through my headphone setup using the E7+L7 via USB. anyone else getting this?

I do not have any interference of any kind but my set up a bit different and I can hear a little "click" before a new track on the CD starts to play.
 
I hook the E7 straight to the L/R ouput of my CDP using the RCA to 3.5mm cable. I have the E7 full charged then set the menu to USB charge to OFF.  I wonder if the amp part of the Fiio E7 run on class H therefore the "click" starts after a brief silent between tracks.

The amp section of E7 does not belong to class T , it is belong to class AB!
