But this confuses me. Edradour (a favorite of mine) is a scotch whisky distillery in Pitlochry Scotland.
Did Edradour make this malt? I always thought bourbon was a US product, just as scotch is a product of Scotland.

I'm not a whiskey/bourbon aficionado but I did find this article interesting about someone finding a stash of prohibition-era hooch about a 100 years old.
Most of the stash looks like it was spoiled but one does look intact.

Bourbon cask matured, everything else still applies.
